Before signing up, you should read these rules. If you do not agree with them, then registration won't be possible.
1. Morning Dust Ranch is virtual only. You are not entitled to purchased horses or other objects. Furthermore, the currency (Dust Dollar) is only virtual and you have no claim to it.
2. Only one account per person is allowed. Multiple registrations lead to the deletion of both (all) accounts. Accounts with the same IP (e.g. siblings, roommates) must be reported to the Modbox and strictly separated from each other (no horse sales, no horse sharing, no joint breeding clubs, etc.)
3. Insults to other players are strictly prohibited. Such behaviour can also lead to the deletion of the account. Should you not be able to clarify disputes privately, please contact the Modbox.
4. If you do not log in for more than 4 weeks, your account may be deleted due to inactivity. This frees up space for players who would like to actively participate in this game.
5. Ideas and suggestions for improvement are always welcome. Ultimately, however, the implementation is up to the developers.
6. We reserve us the right to ban or delete players who break the rules or do not behave accordingly.
7. Exploiting bugs in the game for personal gain is not permitted under any circumstances.
8. Services or horses/items purchased in a different game may not be paid for with Dust Dollars (DD). Likewise, no horse/item from MDR may be sold for another game's currency.
9. Gifting money (Dust Dollars) to other users is not allowed.
10. Each user is responsible for their own account. All actions of the account are credited to the user. The user is responsible for protecting his account from unauthorised access (secure password, no data transfer, protection of his own computer, etc.). MDR assumes no responsibility for damage caused by hacked accounts.
11. Looking after other players account is generally not permitted; there is an in-game holiday mode for this reason. Anyone who nevertheless passes on their password is responsible for any damage caused by the "supervisor". MDR does not reimburse lost horses, money, etc. The user also runs the risk of being classified as a multi-account and therefore being blocked/deleted.
12. No horse names may be assigned that are racist, sexist or harmful to young people or that could otherwise insult or upset other players or offend against common decency. The moderators can change the name at any time if they do not consider the horse name appropriate. Of course, the same applies to user names, stable names, etc.
13. Unfair play in any respect will be penalised. This includes, but is not limited to: circumventing game restrictions, deceiving other users in any way, prepping job tasks before 10pm server time to get ahead of others, etc.
14. It is not allowed to ask (beg) other users via PM or in any other way for DD, horses, or similar! Furthermore, you may not send unsolicited sales PMs to offer your horses. There is an area for this in the forum and in the Discord.
15. Agreements between players to not work for or take orders from a specific player are prohibited. It is also not allowed to pressure other users into doing this and claiming that they are not allowed to process specific orders. The same applies to all other areas on MDR. Nobody may be told how to play MDR (competition registrations, breeding shows, etc.) as long as they are playing within the MDR rules.
16. It is not allowed to open several tabs in quick succession, as this puts an extreme load on the server. Before a new tab is opened, the old one has to finish loading.
17. The rules can be supplemented at any time and ignorance does not protect against punishment!
1. Horses may not be sold for less than 2/3 of their value. The minimum price is 500 DD. (Exception: auction hall).
2. Giving horses as gifts is only permitted on special occasions (Christmas, birthdays, etc.) and is only possible via a request in the Modbox.
3. Horses may be exchanged (e.g. in a breeding club), but attention should be paid to equality of value (e.g. not two adult horses for one foal, etc.).
4. Payment in instalments is allowed as long as these regulations are followed: down payment must not be less than 1000 DD, instalments must be numbered and provided with horse names in the bank statement, instalments must be paid within one month.
5. “Funnelling horses” is not permitted under any circumstances. This includes all sales of horses that are intended to circumvent game restrictions (e.g. third-party covering without a performance test, cheating on reputation points, "selling" vouchers, etc.).
6. A horse may not be returned to its former owner(s). There are exceptions, but these must be approved by us. If a repurchase that complies with our rules is to take place, this must be requested in the Modbox and will only be carried out through them.
7. Horses over the age of 23 may only be sold with clear notice that they cannot be used for breeding or competitions over the age of 25.
1. Before you post something (e.g. a bug) make sure that there isn't already a post on this topic.
2. Double posts are not allowed for reasons of clarity. If you think of anything else, please edit your post.
3. Make sure to always post topics in the appropriate sub-forum, i.e. bugs in the "Bug forum", questions under "Questions and Problems", etc.
4. If a request/offer from you has been resolved within the game, for example - selling a horse through the forum, please post "completed" so that this thread can be deleted.
5. If you have a question or a problem, please first look in the archive to see if you can find an answer or use the search function.
1. Discord is used for the exchange between users. Users can ask questions about the game, look for and offer horses and horses sharing or just chat. It is NOT meant for posting bugs, questions that only moderators/admins can answer, or other concerns. We are present from time to time, but Discord is not a support chat! Bugs and problems with the game, as well as suggestions for improvement still belong to the forum or modbox.
2. no private messages to Feuerqueen (except for absolute emergencies); no pinging Feuerqueen or Mods in chat.
3. no advertising. No matter if private, for companies, for other games, or similar. This also includes links to other games/sites, Discord servers, shops, etc.
4. Please respect the netiquette!
5. participation is only allowed with MDR username (renaming on the server is possible if you already have a Discord account). This makes it easier for everyone to know who you are talking to.
6. be aware of channels: There are separate channels for each area. For example, horse sales do not belong in the "General" chat.
7. MDR rules apply equally to Discord chat, where applicable.
8. the word of the moderators/admins must be followed.
